Remember in middle school when you'd make up dances to songs with your friends? That's the vibe of this class. We warm up, we do some stretching and strengthening, and then each month we learn choreography to a pop song! We use 80s, 90s, and 00s music, and the space is welcoming to all shapes and sizes.
